Made a few more changes, as you can see, added a splash of color, and made the egg extra hard to find, but extra rewarding also. Greg, i think you'll enjoy this one.
I got an interesting e-mail this morning from a friend that i really do like and respect, but after scrolling down past all the hundred other addresses this had been forwarded to, i was truly dissapointed by the result.
It was a huge picture of mountains with Jesus in the background and a message saying that if i wasn't ashamed of my faith in God that i would forward the message to 10 people. Now these kinds of e-mails i'm getting used to, but there was something else. The very first line was something like, "this is an easy test, you either get 0 or 100." I felt a small amount of rage rise up in my throat before deleting the e-mail.
Whether or not i believe in anything, and whether or not i'm ashamed to admit it is none of anyone else's freaking business. And i don't appreciate being 'put to the test'. At the risk now of saying something that i might regret later, i'm going to leave it at that. I just- i don't think i should have to prove myself to anyone. So don't ask me to.
On a larger scale, things are going relatively well for me. I had plans for tonight that are under serious attack, but other than that... Getting along well with the boy and sister. My hair isn't giving me any major problems, elena got a job with me, which is very cool. Band trip is on thursday, and i'm starting to get excited for that. There really are lots of good things, but for some reason that i can't quite pinpoint, i feel- depressed. Like i wish i could crawl into a hole and die depressed but i'm gonna do my hair and makeup anyways and then sit in my room all wishing someone was here to tell me that i'm pretty and special and important, instead of flooding my brain with accusations and guilt trips and excuses.
I've gotta get some work done for english too, i don't think i'll have time tomorrow, so i'd better get on it.

Yeah, yeah, i know i haven't updated in about a million years, and i'm a horrible, horrible person blahblahblah. Oh what's that? Sorry, i don't speak crazy bitch.
...ok so maybe i invented the language, so what?
I've been wandering around in a stupor for the last- oh, week or so. That's what you get when you don't sleep. And let me tell you, the roof of my bedroom is not as fascinating as one might think. In fact, it's downright boring. You'd think it would bore me to sleep, but NOPE. *shrug* I'm trying not to feel sorry for myself. I just feel bad for the poor souls (*cough*elena*cough*alex*cough*) who hang around me even at the very top of my crazy moodswings.
I snapped at the boy. WTF?!?!!? I must be dying. I need sleep, and badly. Well, i'm gonna go write my WISEST essay right away here. I'm hoping to knock their socks off with my passion for chemistry. Then they have to accept me, right? Oh dear, i hope so.
Long weekend should be fun. I've got 2 days of school left this week, and then just 2 days next week before we leave on the band trip! I'm starting to get - well, actually, a little depressed. This trip is shaping up to be pretty lame. *sigh* It will be cool if we get to see the premier of Kill Bill 2 though. Oh Quentin Tarantino, you fill the world with such joy.
Aight, that's enough, apparently i've neglected the lj too, and i'll admit, i haven't checked my friends lists in... too long. I might be awhile.
Oh! And btw, the 31st of March was my birthday, so i'm 17 now! Isn't that awesome? Yep, awesome.
